The company operates one of the largest NGS laboratories in France and provides services to most of the world's leading research institutes, as well as to private and public institutions and companies throughout Europe.

We're looking for a dynamic, key account-oriented Sales Key Account Manager to join our innovative team and help bring cutting-edge solutions to market.

Sector:



Eastern half of France (North, East, AURA, and PACA) to replace a maternity leave, then development to be expected on a territory or accounts France or Export to be defined according to the profile.

Your Missions :



As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and developing sales in your territory. You will play a key role in IntegraGen's sales strategy and in promoting our genomics services. You will be at the crossroads of several key areas 

  • Customer relations : Develop and maintain solid relationships with our key accounts, ensuring rigorous project follow-up.
  • Prospecting and sales : Convert leads into customers and develop sales in assigned geographical areas or on assigned accounts
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration Work closely with technical teams (laboratory, bioinformatics, quality) to ensure the success of projects sold and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Contract management and sales follow-up Manage service agreements (MSAs) and contracts in collaboration with the legal, finance and sales departments. Report regularly to Sales Management and share relevant information with the team.
  • Development of image and sales initiatives Organize seminars, workshops and events with customers. Actively participate in and help organize conferences. Contribute to marketing initiatives (brochures, website, webinars).
  • Tender follow-up and competitive intelligence : Keep an active watch, prepare and respond to calls for tender.

Challenges :



  • Develop sales strategies adapted to customer needs in the genomics field.
  • Manage and optimize customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects, from order to invoicing, in collaboration with in-house teams.

Working environments :



You will work remotely, while interacting regularly with IntegraGen's sales, technical and administrative teams. You will have considerable autonomy in organizing your travel (30 to 40%) and your schedule, while respecting the objectives set. A company car and full office equipment will be provided. Depending on your location, you may be able to work at the company's head office in Evry.

Profile required:



Commercial skills : 

  • Solid experience in selling genomics/NGS services or managing genomics/NGS projects with major accounts, including Biopharmas and large institutes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the challenges of precision medicine in oncology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Non-technical skills 

  • Autonomy and ability to take initiative.
  • Strong sense of customer service and team spirit.
  • Excellent command of CRM tools (SalesForce a plus) and sales processes.
  • Fluent English
